First Bank Chicago, formerly known as First Bank of Highland Park, went through a rebrand in July 2022. I had the privilege of co-leading the rebrand team during this transition. While the name of the bank has changed I have maintained by role as VP, Director of Marketing and Community Outreach. I am proud to work for a company that has been recognized by Crain's Chicago Business as one of the "Best Places to Work" for the last 5 years.As the Director of Marketing for one of the 5 largest privately owned banks in the Chicagoland area, I manage an outstanding team of professionals that creatively communicate our sophisticated line of products and services that meet the needs of consumer, non-profit, and commercial clients. Our in-house, diverse team creates high-quality marketing collateral that effectively tells our story as a safe, sound and secure financial institution that has consistently and steadily grown since 1955. The marketing team works closely with every line of business which includes- Personal Banking, Private Banking Group, Consumer Lending, Commercial Real Estate and Lease Finance as well as our commercial banking teams dedicated to serving corporate clients, Large Corporate, Middle Market, and Treasury Management. The marketing team is known for being extremely creative, resourceful and open to utilizing various forms of advertising media that will aid our bankers in reaching our target audience(s) via print & digital marketing, social media, television & streaming commercials, community outreach and good ol' word of mouth marketing. To assist with our CRA efforts, I also manage the Community Outreach team. We focus on teaching financial education at local schools, coordinating volunteer opportunities for our staff, managing our grants & donations through the First Bank Chicago Foundation and working to build relationships with the non-profit community throughout Lake and Cook counties.
