When my son was just five years of age, he suffered through an asthma attack. Determined that his life would not be lived in fear of his next attack, I made significant changes to his diet and began paying careful attention to the products we used. He has been breathing freely for over 13 years now. Thus began my journey to helping others climb the ladder of optimal health.CLIMBING THE LADDER OF HEALTHThe quality of your health is the number one factor that determines the quality of your life.
