Some of my accomplishments I am most proud of include the successful running of a multi-million dollar non-profit organization, the implementation of a variety of employee engagement strategies that resulted in the North American division of a global technology company being a proud winner of the 2010 VIATeC Employer of the Year Award, the chairing of over 250 recruitment interviews that consistently result in hiring candidates who maintained long-term tenure with the organization, and the design and delivery of dozens of different workshops that provide employers with new and exciting ways to attract, retain and motive their employees.My long career in HR has honed both my business acumen as well as my ability to coach, advise and relate to employers of all sizes.
