In this role I was responsible for the day-to-day management of approximately 15 incentive programs, providing support to clients for their program and website.• Researched issues reported by clients to validate the issues before reporting to the engineering team.• Guided clients through the User Acceptance Testing process.• Documented training materials for clients and customer service.• Wrote proposals for program enhancements.

Daily support of about 5 clients. Served as department contact for all requests from internal departments for all lenders serviced in the Regional Office. Researched policy updates, payment requests, Lender Placed Insurance. Worked with units within the Regional Office to implement processing procedures. Provided coverage verification for claims processing.
