People Partner for Ultrasound and Commercial teams in Latin America, I have been supporting people leaders in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Panama, Chile, Puerto Rico and other countries with the full employee lifecycle, such as: managing talent across LatAm, leading people performance discussions and addressing recognition actions, analyzing and sharing the results of the departmental environment assessment, planning and managing structural decisions alongside the executives under my scope. I have been an advisor for all people matters, towards business priorities and results.

I've been supporting the leaders in Health Systems Brazil department in strategic annual planning of people decisions (development, turnover, meritocracy, etc.), leading performance evaluation meetings, analyzing and addressing issues according to the results of the departmental environment and providing leaders with dialogues, in order to help them to solve team issues and reach business objectives.

In 2018, as Product Owner, managed and implemented a Talent Program that hired, developed and evaluated people for the commercial bank, where I led 7 analysts, made weekly report presentations to the leaders involved in the project and managed a BRL 3M budget.In 2017, I developed a leadership learning program, focused on skills assessment, self-knowledge, best practice about people management and team development.In 2016, I updated and upgraded training courses for the IT department (approximately 7K people), according to the agile methodology. Found and developed providers, validated contents and measured results, using the 6Ds’ Training Methodology and the Kirkpatrick’s Training Evaluation Model.

Responsible for the end-to-end hiring process in Corporate Areas at the bank (Legal, Marketing, HR, Procurement, Finance, etc.) in different levels, from interns to executive positions.- Headhunter, using different tools to search for potential professionals.- Responsible for finding potential candidates for critical open positions.- Performed competitors research for market adjustments

Was the beginning of my HR career, when I assisted the HRBPs in the activities related to people resources, providing meeting materials and reports according to the KPIs required for each activity.
