Co-built a recruitment and management consulting business. Offered unique insourcing model for large projects. These included NIMART (Nurse Initiated and Managed Anti-retroviral Treatment) program funded by USAID recruiting Doctors, Registered Nurses, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists and Clinical Program Managers and restructuring project for international petrochemical leader of their entire financial, forensic and risk departments. Experience led to move into business coaching.

Transformed National Operations Resource Centers and streamlined Sales and Marketing Operations post-merger of South Africa’s top two recruiting companies. Reviewed and integrated policies and systems from start to end of lifecycle. Spearheaded roll out of ATS platform from assessment, design, development through to implementation. Worked with C-Level leadership to evaluate requirements and present outcomes with recommended strategy to executive team.
