As a Marketing Coordinator professional at Microsoft I am responsible for the strategy, the implementation and the management of Microsoft Communication and Media Campaign, being these the campaigns focused on B2B and the ones targeted for B2C. The biggest challenge of this position is to build strategies based on creative and innovative medias, however maintaining a good ROI, using the tools of Modern Marketing and Leads Nurturing Platforms. Besides the communications Campaigns, I am also responsible for the planning and execution of Fiscal Incentive Projects of the company, ensuring the sponsored projects are connected with Microsoft´s brand mission of empowering people and companies to achieve more through the use of technology.

In beginning of 2013, Wunderman became the Regional Digital Agency for Hotels.com account in Latin America, and I was invited to work as Regional Account Manager for this new client. As the majority of the digital business companies, Hotels.com has as main focus the sales results and a retail profile, what brought a challenging dynamism to the delivery and day-to-day work. In the Regional Account Manager role I was responsible of understanding the client’s needs and expectations, ensuring a partnership and trust relationship is build and maintained, delivering a high quality engagement, digital work and intelligence.

Wunderman is known worldwide as the biggest Network Agency in the globe. Having had an amazing experience previously at Microsoft Team in a regional position back in MEA, I was invited to join Wunderman Nokia Global Team and work on a new role, as Network Operations Manager. I was assigned to be the point of contact responsible for all LATAM countries (including NAM). My main responsibility was to maintain the communication and relationship between Wunderman Local Teams in the markets and Wunderman Global Teams in London and Helsinki, allowing the exchange of information and status from the agency point of view. My Network and International Communications skills helped me gain worldwide visibility, accountability and reliability at Wunderman Network and at the local and global Nokia client.

After Wunderman Dubai won Microsoft account for the entire Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan region, I was assigned to coordinate a team of 25 professionals, being the pivotal contact between Client Service and Creative in the agency offices in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Egypt. I took care of the team’s scope of work, assuring deadlines were met and timesheets were audit-safe, as well as assisting the team in the administrative responsibilities. Besides the management roles, I was always in contact with Microsoft’s Global Account Team, constantly updated myself on worldwide campaigns and taking advantage of the network power to bring knowledge and the content of the resource databases to the regional account.
