I’m engineering manager and software engineer with 8+ years of experience in IT (3+ in management).I specialise in building web-services and collaborating with people to solve business problems. In recent years I got the experience and skills to work in different conditions: startups or huge corporations. I’m keen on managing because most challenges are usually located on the top-level and involve multiple people and teams. Also I value the impact that I can make on this level. Besides that I just simply like dealing with people and organising their work :)I have hands-on experience as a full-stack engineer, techlead, and architect. I've built multiple web-services from scratch, mostly using ASP.NET/React technologies in a microservice architecture. I never tired from learning and implement engineering approach in management.
