CurrentAbout 20 projects lead in various configuration (from weeks to years, from 100 man days to 1000, from 2 people to 15) and for various purpose :- CMS integration- Legacy servicing- ITIL Implementation on issue management- Enterprise architecture- IT Infrastructure- Mobile service application developpement (Android and Iphone).- Apec.fr website refondation- Business process digitalization- Search & Scoring engineThe most recent projet allow for online meeting scheduling feature (between client and consulting services). Apart from standard project management, this project was the opportunity to : -Lead several teams synchronization in setting up data flow in the IT system- Initiate an overall technical strategy to regulate technical debt. This strategy divides the base code size by two.- Involve stakeholders in a visual management and getting a truelife experience feedback.- Trigger one increment of the project by leveraging both a technical and business opportunity.Back in 2013, I work on a very instructional project to build a set of tools to provide and validate IT infrastructure. I consider this project as an experience on devops issue. Main achievements where :- Working with operations people to bring new mindset and new duties to operations (switching from environment concerns for instance to business monitoring concerns).- Bringing change in operations department- Incremental approach which allowed to stop the project for tenth of the full project cost- User project orientation with infrastructure 7 people- TDD philosophy applied to infrastructure- On the delivery process, number of operations divided by 7 by per application- On the deployment process, number of operations divided by 6 per application- Logical infrastructure design to standardize infrastructure provisioning and application deployment
