Took part in design and implementation of hotel in-room Video-on-Demand system:• Architected, implemented and integrated into the existing system a DirecTV receiver reservation and control subsystem. This subsystem supports selling multiple channel packages for each hotel room and can be controlled from both TV screen menu and IR remote control.• Designed and implemented a GUI based simulator of a Hotel Property Management System (PMS) to facilitate testing and troubleshooting of other subsystems.• Wrote a PMS Console, DCOM-based troubleshooting tool that allows a technician to manually send various commands to a Hotel PMS. Also added an infrastructure for automated testing of a PMS multiplexer.• Designed and implemented a simulator of IP-based in-room communication device. • Designed and implemented a tool for remote gathering various information about state of in-room devices for IT department.

As a team member, developed COOL RIDE - an integrated platform for rapid development and deployment of application servers for leisure travel industry:• Designed a remote control panel and a task manager for the distributed Virtual Machine (VM). Implemented the application framework, VM message and error log viewers, the performance profiling results screen. • Designed and implemented a VM performance monitoring library.• Reworked the Virtual Machine debugger to improve its usability.
