• Develop internal communications guidelines on event management, public speaking, crisis communications, and sustainability office practices• Copywrite press releases and internal announcements

• Lead the largest national branch of AIESEC Bulgaria, managing a 5-member executive team and a community of 80 volunteers • Cultivate a multi-dimensional learning environment to promote youth leadership and civic engagement, including facilitation of workshops and seminars • Manage key accounts including Dean’s office and corporate partners
