I had been working at Mapfre Turkey for 7 years and I was responsible for client data, segmentation, global CRM projects, Salesforce implementation, KPIs and campaigns with my team. I have the skills of analytical thinking, communication, team management, quick understanding and planning, time management and innovation. I was a member of Global Talent Pool, Innovation Core Team , Mentoring Program and Women’s Leadership Program in my company. I am the founder/creater of a global segmentation idea (10MAPFRE). I like working with fun, balancing my profesional&personal life and delivering the best output with full focus on my work by using my creativity and lessons learned. 6 years ago, I started a new double-career with my whole-life-abilities writing, editing and teaching, in full of excitement and love. I am creating contents and articles, editing texts and books and teaching English at the same time. I am working in different sectors in various valuable projects and meeting precious people and using the most innovative and fun ways of teaching.
