As a Director and Head of the Strategy and Business Design Service Line, I focused on corporate, growth, digital strategy, and customer strategy, including CEM and CRM projects during my tenure at Deloitte. In addition, I led a separate consulting service line for Deloitte Turkey that focused on government-supported strategic roadmap projects for Turkish exporters and served as a Consumer Products Sector Leader for Deloitte Turkey.I have managed projects that focus on growth, new market-entry, new product launch, sales & marketing strategies, customer segmentation, customer experience, and digital transformation for multinational and major local clients such as BMW AG, Hyundai Motors, Vestel Electronics, Sisecam Group, and Galatasaray Sports Club, as well as a variety of Turkish exporters in manufacturing industries. I have experience in various industries, including manufacturing, consumer business, automotive, insurance, pharmaceuticals, and public sector clients.

I started my career in the crisis management and forensic investigations financial advisory team, where I participated in investigations related to asset misappropriation, accounting fraud, corruption and bribery, and IP infringement issues. I prepared reports for various audiences, including regulators and law enforcement agencies. After working in this role, I worked as a consultant in commercial due diligence and market research projects for various sectors for a year before joining Deloitte as a strategy consultant.
