The company supplied all NHS & Private hospitals in the UK as well as all the Care Home groups and many non-hospital sub-distributors and end users with a turnover of £150m. Managing a team of 12 to ensure correct stock levels at 6 warehouses plus a central hub. Liaising with over 600 suppliers for delivery of more than 15,000 product lines. Overseeing the integration of stock following the acquisition of a large competitor. Developed a culture of cost saving across all sites. Project managed the change in accounting software. Supported the companies legal and accounting teams to transform the company prior to acquisition

Mainly office based role managing the UK customers services function and supporting the field sales team. Full organisational and budgetary responsibility for the UK marketing including editorial on-line and viral. Designed clients bespoke equipment requirements using British and International standards criteria prior to sale and tested thoroughly to ensure conformity.
