We implemented an open-source ticketing system, enhancing efficiency and documentation of support requests by 80%. By outsourcing printing services, we reduced printing costs by 65%. I was involved in the procurement and implementation of antivirus software and a firewall system, significantly increasing the company’s security and reducing the risk of cyber attacks by 96% through training and improvements.We partnered with DELL to replace over 90% of user computers, boosting system efficiency by 95%, which expedited invoice processing and other company operations. Additionally, we implemented monitoring systems using Zabbix and Grafana, enabling the IT team to proactively address issues.
