I approved business lease applications based on several criteria including personal credit rating, business credit rating, financial solvency and a subject personal interview. I would sell the customer on the rate and structure of the lease. I would make recommendations to senior management as to viability of the lease.

Oversaw all accounting functions for this water purveyor, including accounts payable, inventory accounting, reconciliation, financial reporting and investment implementation. Provided the publicly elected board of directors with a monthly account of the financial status of the district as well as a status report of special projects and key financial measures. Key results:Delivered six-figure cost savings competitively bidding out services like insurance, utilities, phone and data service providers along with receiving reimbursements for invoices that included taxes dating back up to four years. Introduced new inventory accounting method that significantly reduced accounting errors that plagued the district for the previous six years. Created an investment portfolio that increased interest income 12% higher than the previous year and the highest in the districts history. Delivered monthly multimedia presentation to the general manager and the elected officials about the interest income, payables and key financial statistics.

Received retail credit application from national automobile dealerships for sub-prime applicants. Reviewed application, credit report, proof of employment and debt to income ratio to make a determination as to the individual taking on additional debt obligations. Required to me certain funding quotas while maintaining internal delinquency ratios that met investor expectations. Key results:Exceeded funding goals every month by an average of 10%, producing and extra 1.5 million in funded retail credit installments. Collection ratios were in line with company insured percentages and over the time of my tenure the portfolio had the second lowest ratio. Raised dealership loyalty by 12% by providing exceptional customer service and funding transactions in a timely manner.
