Bij GeluksBV help ik als projectmedewerker aan de voorbereiding en uitvoering van diverse programma's, workshops en trainingen in verschillende wijken in Utrecht.

I helped the organisation of UAF with the transition to a new loan system, which influenced the clients of UAF. Therefore, the main tasks in this project were focused on clear (intercultural) communication to UAF clients, from setting up FAQ's to calling clients and explaining the new changes.------------Voor het UAF heb ik een project uitgevoerd om de overgang naar een nieuwe kredietverstrekker te overbruggen. De belangrijkste taak was het helder communiceren van de transitie naar cliënten. Voor de specifieke doelgroep was het belangrijk om interculturele communicatie in te zetten om het onderwerp bespreekbaar te maken en uit te leggen. Enkele concrete taken waren het opzetten van FAQ's op de website tot het bellen van cliënten om uit te leggen wat de transitie inhield.

Over the summer, I helped the customer service department of Klöckner Pentaplast with shipments and logistics of their product within the DACH region. // In de zomerperiode heb ik ervaring opgedaan op de customer service afdeling van Klöckner Pentaplast. De taken waren met name gefocust op het logistieke proces in de DACH regio.

At Klöckner Pentaplast I wrote a thesis about cross-selling activities for the German market after an acquisition. // Bij Klöckner Pentaplast heb ik een scriptie geschreven over de cross-selling mogelijkheden op de Duitse markt na een acquisitatie.
