Leads the Finance support for H&R Block's Northeast Territory Retail organization. Key Financial Leader provided assessment and economic due diligence of the Sprint Retail store network expansion from ~ 400 locations in 2003 to over 1,700 post merger with Nextel. Prioritized the development of Retail store P&Ls including a value based view of retail operations. Directed one of the largest budgeting\forecasting processes within Sprint, covering over 13,000 employees, 1,700 stores, and over 3M annual subscriber additions, with a lean finance staff. Established a long term capital plan for Retail, to include a framework for store closing decisions, remodel investment deployment, and distribution network optimization. Visualized & delivered a compliance control program, reduced revenue leakage by $1m+ per month in 2005 and 2006.
