As part of my Paralegal Program with the University of San Diego, I had the privilege of interning for an Employment Law Office in San Diego.Working for two attorneys and a lead paralegal, I gained experience drafting and preparing documents for attorney review, organizing and maintaining case files, and performing calendaring and research tasks.

As a Process Manager for AT&T, I analyzed data to support performance targets. I helped reduce the percentage of employees below repeat target by 30% over a three month period by partnering with center managers and shifting focus to low performing quintiles for targeted coaching and development.By investigating root causes for any missed targets, I discovered process gaps that led to under-reporting of transfer data from vendor location. I worked with reporting team and vendor management to identify the cause, fix the gap, and true up reportingI assisted coaches to attain performance objectives and drive continuous improvement by providing daily progress reports, team and agent rankings, and opportunities for improvement with bottom and middle performers Prior to that, I managed a team of clerical employees to ensure compliance with Payroll, Attendance, Vacations and all other administrative needs
