Systems Engineer Consultant II / Level 3 Operations Team Lead (2009-current). Responsible for production support (Break/Fix) Technologist(s) engaging in daily operational routines including; status updates on system performance, volumes, and processing exceptions. I typically collaborate with BTG on operational health and business metrics. My team has the skills, tools, and system level access to restore service for all infrastructure produc-tion issues. This includes problem engagement during triage, service restore, facilitation and coordination and identifica-tion of root cause and permanent fix resolution. I lead/participate in weekly Team Lead meetings to improve our L3 Operations’ processes to be more efficient, reduce lead times and/or improve accuracy. I am also responsible for educating and training new employees.

Prior Experience - I held the position of an Infrastructure Engineer III/Systems Engineer within Bank of America (2002-2009). I was a dedicated Infrastructure technician for the 3 tiered Java -based corporate Internet banking application and small business Internet banking application throughout systems development life cycle including production support and maintenance (“WebConnect / BA Direct”). I was responsible for systems' monitoring, server upgrades, server health, and server security; load balancing, access control, version control and troubleshooting environments. I was the techni-cal project lead for the escalation team, which increased scalability and performance of the production environment. I regularly created documentation and provided analysis to the Line of Business and development teams.
