I have participated in a wide variety of roles at several different organizational levels while with my unit at Schofield Barracks, HI. As a Platoon Leader, I gained experience in hands on leadership, program and project management, and building and executing training plans. I then moved up to an Executive Officer position, where I gained my first experience in logistical coordination, along with in depth administrative and back end support for my Company as the second in command. When I moved to Battalion Staff I took the position of Current Operations Chief, where I managed the Battalion's training calendar, coordinating at all levels to ensure operations were synced in the coming weeks and the unit was performing at its highest level as a cohesive team. I then took the position as the unit's Primary Logistics Officer, in charge of all property management, logistical planning/coordination, and interfacing with other units at multiple echelons to support our mission. I have now returned to the Chief of Current Operations position as I manage my transition from Active Duty.
