A founding employee, played a direct role in developing company-wide procedures, methods of operation, and strong vendor relationships. Outfitted company with shoot equipment, both off-the-shelf and custom-built. Projects included: Catwoman, The Matrix Revolutions, and The Matrix Reloaded.

Worked with Visual Effects Supervisor to plan and implement visual effects. Coordinated motion capture and green-screen shoots; researched and organized demos of state-of-the-art high-definition technology for motion capture, cameras, and lighting equipment. Projects included: Exit Wounds and The Matrix (proof of concept work).
