It is becoming more and more difficult today to run a utility department, public works department or other such public service within a city or county government. The reality is that as budgets become more constrained, the public’s expectations seem to grow, while the regulatory process keeps becoming more stringent and burdensome, and the environmental challenges are becoming more complex. This is where I come in; I thrive in helping clients that are facing these types of challenges solve their problems, so that they can deliver the services required by their elected officials and customers. My career has been dedicated to helping people solve their infrastructure related problems in areas such as: • Water Resources
