At Qualtrics, my role is to lead engagements that help our clients win at Customer Experience. What is really unique about my role is that not only do I get to introduce our clients to the world’s best experience management platform, but I am also empowered to drive excellence beyond the products we offer. My favorite part of this is hearing how excited our clients get when they see what is possible during workshops. It is so much fun. Beyond serving our clients, I am passionate about driving excellence in this fast-growing company. I help grow our people, improve our methodology, and build tools to help us bring our clients to launch faster. I enjoy spending time with my wife and three kids. I am also a culinary enthusiast which means I like eating good food, reading cookbooks as if they were novels, and occasionally slicing and dicing in the kitchen.
