I have extensive experience in all building types; structural steel, post-tension concrete, poured in-place concrete, structural metal framing, wood framing, masonry, etc I have 7 years experience building biotech and pharmaceutical plants, from Class 10,000 to 100. I work equally well with project craft labor, to architects/engineers and owners. I have extensive experience working with all aspects of MEP, design through installation. I am conversant in all aspects of project controls, scheduling, safety and project management. I am an accomplished problem-solver and work to get the best of my team. I am also an exceptional mentor, taking the lead in training the next generation of builders. I enjoy a good challenge and prefer projects that are outside the normal range.
