Manages the Code Compliance/Inspections Division the Neighborhood Services Department. The division includes ten people, responsible for ensuring compliance with the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), rental housing registration and inspections program, and the City's zoning ordinance and municipal code.

Staff liaison to the Planning Commission. Responsible for all annexation and rezoning applications, including preparing staff reports, recommendations, and maps. Presented and explained application requests and recommendations at Planning Commission and City Council meetings. Reviewed complex development applications including Master Planned Developments, Major Site Plans, and Major Subdivisions. Held and ran weekly internal plan review meetings to go over the department's projects with all reviewers from zoning, building and inspections, infrastructure and engineering, traffic, and landscaping.
