With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, I have gained knowledge in all phases of the construction process. As the son of a General Contractor, I learned how to finish concrete before learning how to specify a mix design. My coworkers have described me as someone who is able to work with detailed information; able to organize thoughts and concepts into orderly statements; and able to sort out essential elements of a problem. I am also objective and impartial. I am especially talented at accurately expressing ideas and concepts and working with people to achieve equitable agreements without compromising important principles.
