It has been my honor to work alongside our very talented architects, interior designers and engineers in the design of some of the most exciting learning environments in the Midwest and across our nation. Since its founding in 1961, Fanning Howey has stayed true to the vision of Ron Fanning and Clair Howey by making our communities better through the educational facilities that we design.We have kept that commitment through three generations of firm leadership, and we have positioned Fanning Howey to continue successfully serving our clients going forward with our recently named fourth generation of leaders.My career with Fanning Howey began in 1989 as a Project Manager, then Executive Director/Principal, and for the last 8 years, Chief Executive Officer.And now, I cannot be more pleased to announce that Tim Lehman, PE/Principal will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer on June 30 of this year.Tim is the perfect person to lead Fanning Howey into the future. He is passionate about serving students and educators. During his 31 years at Fanning Howey, he has been the driving force behind many of our most innovative projects.I look forward to working with Tim and all of our colleagues in my continuing role as Chairman of the Board and Project Executive/Principal.
