Managing an INSCOM enterprise program that receives/processes materiel support requirements from INSCOM Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs). Duties include planning and leadership of HQ INSCOM collaborative workgroups and independent research to inform HQ INSCOM command’s validation and prioritization decisions.Contracting Officer’s Representative for three INSCOM Headquarters contracts, ensuring delivery of services and fostering positive customer/vendor relations.

Two-year Joint Duty Assignment (JDA), serving as an All-Source / SIGINT Intelligence Analyst and Case Officer within the IC POW/MIA Analytic Cell. Established by Congress, the IC POW/MIA Analytic Cell provides Department of Defense (DoD) analytic support to Personnel Recovery (PR) and hostage rescue operations. As a case officer within the cell, I planned and performed comprehensive analysis, to include IC/DoD collaboration, in response to time-sensitive topics of interest and client requirements. I also drafted, coordinated, and published finished intelligence products to inform clients on existing cases and ensure awareness of emerging or evolving force protection threats. Additionally, I shared my established experience as a SIGINT Analyst with peers, to significantly enhance the cell's collaboration with IC partners.

Acting Single Source Element (SSE) Division Chief (2019): Provided staff management support for a division comprised of over 50 Army, Army Civilian, and contract personnel. Managed five distinct branches to ensure effective intelligence planning based on rapidly evolving Army, DoD, and IC requirements. Provided branch leads leadership/coaching to effective memorialization their delegated missions and ensure the long-term continuity of the division’s established intelligence efforts.Branch Chief (2017-2011): Managed high-priority SIGINT missions associated with emerging Army and DoD force protection concerns. Duties during this period included mission planning with NSA counterparts, collaboration with staff management to remain aligned with evolving requirements, oversight of branch SIGINT analysis and production dealings, and the review/release of finished intelligence products. Branch efforts during this period provided clients timely insight into previously unreported topics, receiving frequent positive feedback from various senior level clients. Additionally, I regularly prepared and presented briefings during external analytic exchanges, interagency workgroups, and briefings to senior clients. Intelligence products and briefings fashioned during this period resulted in the successful development/promotion of SIGINT capabilities directed against new technologies, which resulted in the significant investment of IC resources for follow-on exploitation efforts.

Performed in-depth research, analysis, and collaboration in response to time-sensitive warfighter requirements or Requests for Information (RFIs). Produced finished intelligence products to inform military and IC clients. Trained, mentored, and managed daily activities of subordinate intelligence analysts.

Managed an analytic team responsible for providing 24-7/365 SIGINT support to Multi-National Corps – Iraq (MNC-I) leadership and operations. Envisioned and established a joint analytic effort that enhanced force protection and counter-improvised threat activities. Team and personal accomplishments formally recognized by the MNC-I Commander at the conclusion of the deployment.

Worked approximately 24 hours per week, plus scheduled drill weekends, while attending college full-time. Fused information derived from a variety of sources to enable leadership planning, inform unit requirements, and answer DoD/IC requests for information. Established working relationships with external DoD/IC partners, to enhance the unit's established analysis and production efforts. Planned and presented advanced analytic methodology training to colleagues.

Provided direct multi-discipline analytic support to tactical operations throughout Iraq. Produced serialized intelligence products, both independently and as a team member. Ensured effective responses to high-priority and time-sensitive requests for information, including direct support to Army personnel recovery and counter-threat operations.

Conducted tactical SIGINT operations in direct support of combat operations. Provided tactical and theater commanders with timely/actionable intelligence. Individual performance during deployment to Afghanistan (2003-2004) formally recognized by CJTF-180 Theater Commander.
