As SAR Supervisor for the United States Antarctic Program, I lead critical search and rescue operations in some of the most challenging environments on earth. With over 2 decades in Alpine Guiding and Rescue, expertise in austere environments and polar heavy traverse equips me to safeguard the lives of field scientists braving the Antarctic extremes. My role demands unparalleled proficiency in many unique Polar Skillsets; Ground penetrating radar usage, sea ice/glaciated terrain navigation, High Altitude Mountaineering, Aircraft Operations etc. This position requires proactive risk assessment and mitigation, coupled with a sustained commitment to field safety training.
