My duties include all management aspects of 5 technicians.Including: Overseeing all in-house client technical projects, software and hardware modifications, repairs, upgrades, security and malware removal and prevention for MAC, Windows and Linux-based computer systemsOverseeing all on-site IT networking, client technical projects, software and hardware modifications, repairs, upgrades, security and malware removal and prevention for MAC, Windows and Linux-based computer systems. Oversee and help implement all technician scheduling and routing.Day-to-day management skill-sets include, phone consultation, client follow-up, all aspects of advertising, bookkeeping, accounting, ad positing, shop maintenance.In addition, I maintain a hands on approach to repairs and maintenance with all technicians, as well as, constant management of client - technician communication.
