Specializing in, Balance training, Engine health monitoring, Engine vibration trouble shooting, Rotor balancing, trim balancing and developing EHM equipment. After leaving school I took up and engineering Apprenticeship at Priestman Bros Hull. During this period I also studied at the Hull College of Technology. I left Priestman Bros after completing my apprenticeship to study for a HND and then MSc at the Cranfield Institute of Technology. During this period I worked on Oil rigs in the North sea and various other jobs. After leaving Cranfield I joined Rolls-Royce and worked in Stress analysis for 7 years and then moved into Experimental vibration - looking after the build and balance of aero engines, trouble shooting vibration problems and flight testing. this led me to work With Professor Tarassenko at Oxford University developing EHM hardware, technology and computer learning. In 2008 I took the opportunity to start my own business DMK-Dynamics Ltd
