Switch Automation is a smart building management software platform that integrates disjointed building systems and aggregates portfolio data. As Director of Engineering, I was responsible for leading our Engineering Services team in providing implementation and support services to customers who leverage the platform to improve their building operations.• Design, implement, and manage smart building programs for our large commercial and enterprise customers• Conduct retrocommissioning studies to identify opportunities for energy savings and improved building performance • Configure and manage deployment of Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD) alert rules• Operate a Building Operations Center to support customers in the response and triage of identified building alerts• Collaborate with the software development team to create new platform features and tools

I was responsible for creating and executing strategies to reduce energy and water consumption at 6,000 retail banks across the country. I conducted complex analyses of the portfolio to develop innovative, cost-effective implementation strategies for energy and water conservation measures.
