Prior thereto, I managed Ernst & Young's Northeast Executive Search Services practice.My experience includes owning two national franchises, achieving top franchise broker status, and developing a sophisticated web-based matching service for people seeking to buy a franchise.Overall, I have successfully worked in a number of business sectors including retail services, e-commerce, software, high-tech, consumer products, manufacturing, mining, telecommunications, oil & gas and general small business consulting.In addition, I've successfully worked on assignments for many global organizations whose managements are headquartered in China, the United Kindom, Canada, France, Switzerland, Denmark, Italy, and the Netherlands.
