Represented the company by attending local job and career fairs in the community, recruiting college students from both community and 4-year college level, and attend morning management meetings as needed. Assisted the HR Team with annual Medical Open Enrollment, hearing tests, annual flu shot coordination, transporting employees to doctor's appointments associated with workplace injuries, wellness events, gift distributions as needed.
