Supervisor for up to 150 employees and 8 team leads on shifts in the FC. Lead up to 4 Teamleads for personal development, feedback cycle, and project management initiatives. Managing FC-wide and one international project inside of the Picnic supply chain. Special focus on Quality of Service and partly Safety for permanent improvements and KIP management inside the FC. Working in two German and one Dutch FC.

During my MSc in Business Development at Grenoble Ecole de Management we had a 6 months project (Live Business Case) with the French startup Jay Electronique of the German company Conductix Wampfler. We helped them with research and strategic advise to sell their product to the market.
