Duties and Responsibilities1. Security- Developing and implementing security protocols to safeguard personnel and assets.- Conducting security risk assessments and implementing appropriate security measures.4. Emergency Response- Developing and implementing emergency response plans and procedures.5. Compliance and Reporting- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.6. Team Management- Leading and managing a team of dispatch, health, safety, and security professionals.7. Technology and Innovation- Staying updated on the latest technologies and tools that can enhance dispatch operations, health, safety, and security 8. Budget Management- Developing and managing budgets for dispatch, health, safety, and security departments.9. Collaboration and Communication- Collaborating with internal departments, such as operations, facilities, HR, and legal, to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives10. Continuous Improvement and Training- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in dispatch, health, safety, and security 11. Crisis Management and Response Planning- Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive crisis management and response plans.

Duties and Responsibilities1. Manage and lead the performance of the operations function to ensure continuity and efficiency in line with all legal requirements and the weekly P&L2. Manage driver headcount, start times and shift patterns, reviewing periodically to ensure they meet the requirements of the operation.3. Assisting Transport Managers with various projects as and when required4. Providing and analysing operational KPIs, identifying areas of improvement, and then proposing solutions to improve5. Identifying problem deliveries and finding solutions for them in the most cost effective way6. Taking ownership of promotional resourcing and passing through the team where appropriate7. Upskilling members of the team, identifying next stages of development and making sure that training is given in line with competency framework8. Coach and develop their direct reports in people management activities9. Oversee the fair and consistent application of a regular review/appraisal program for team members at all levels10. Ensure Greenwheels standards including conduct, performance and dress code are met11. Oversee the effective application of the Company absence policy and procedures including monitoring of absence levels and conducting return to work discussions12. Monitoring of Operations & Service staff rotas to ensure optimum resource allocation13. Continuous review of operations to increase operational output.14. Minimize operating costs, improve earnings per mile, driver cost per mile, MPG15. Promote excellent communication and co-ordination across all areas of the Spalding Operation & with central functions as required16. Ensuring that members of staff adhere to the General Safety and Security guidelines that have been put in place to ensure compliance with the Occupation Safety and Health Act.

Duties and Responsibilities1. Ensuring all lesson plans are reviewed and assessed ensuring correct level of teaching is given.2. Using the Training data to inform the General Manager of any areas of concerns, if there are areas then come up with a plan for remedial action.3. To ensure profiling and assessment of every employee who undergoes training.4. Produce predicted quarterly and yearly training budgets and present to the General Manager.5. Ensuring all employee training competencies and qualifications are updated and collated on the various company databases.6. Receive and review tasking’s given by the General Manager.7. Design and implement the manning schedules including leave within the Training Department.8. To spot check all Personnel Development Books to ensure the training schedule timelines are being adhered to as well as ensuring the data is captured on the company training data base.9. Design and implement the lesson manning schedules covering which classrooms and instructors will be assigned to each lesson.10. Review and oversee the issuing of all training documentation ensuring we use current and relevant materials in our training.11. Produce annual schedules and plans of how every all-uniformed staff within the company will complete their company required training i.e., Refresher, OSH, Supervision and AVSEC trainings etc.12. Ensure the correct level and standard of equipment, uniform and PPE is issued and used by the company employees during training.

Duties and Responsibilities1. Designing and implementing training programs  Develop training curricula and programs to enhance the skills of paramilitary personnel in areas such as firearms proficiency, tactics, physical fitness, and first aid.2. Conducting training sessions  Lead training sessions and exercises to instruct paramilitary personnel on various techniques and procedures, ensuring they are proficient in their duties.3. Evaluating performance  Assess the performance of trainees during training exercises and simulations to provide feedback and guidance for improvement.4. Monitoring progress: Track the progress of trainees throughout their training to ensure they are meeting the required standards and adjusting training as needed.5. Maintaining training records  Keep accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance evaluations to track the development of paramilitary personnel.6. Developing training materials  Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and handouts, to support training programs and ensure consistency in instruction.7. Providing mentorship and guidance  Offer mentorship and guidance to trainees to help them develop leadership skills, professionalism, and a strong sense of duty.8. Ensuring compliance Ensure that training programs adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies to maintain a high standard of training.9. Collaborating with other instructors  Working closely with other training officers and instructors to coordinate training activities, share best practices, and promote a cohesive training environment.10. Continuously improving training programs Staying informed about new training techniques, technologies, and best practices to update and enhance training programs for paramilitary personnel.
