Responsible for organizing the marketing and communications efforts for Olean General Hospital, Bradford Regional Medical Center, Brooks Memorial, TLC Health Network and Cuba Memorial Hospital as they became members of the Kaleida Health family.

Developed and implemented plans to market key clinical enterprises at two hospitals, owned physician practices, and a nursing home. Directed public relations, internal and external communications, social media development, media relations, creative services, special events and community outreach functions. Served as liaison for the health system with the Cattaraugus County Health Department and local not-for profit community based agencies. Responsible for the management of social and digital media programs and nine websites.

Lead liaison with state & national healthcare associations.
