As Head of Customer Support I am responsible for ensure the smooth delivery of our range of services to our end users. I take a leading role in the sales and rentals of our machines, service packages and consumable products across the island of Ireland and support our UK based sales team also. The role involves a lot of customer interaction with our key accounts where I manage their day to requirements and advise them on the best fit of equipment to maximise their cost savings on waste disposal.Liaising with our Service Manager we plan and schedule all Annual Service and Maintenance calls to our customers and follow up with the relevant certification for them.

I worked in the Quality Improvement Team at Dublin Airport, as part of the role I am responsible for the Waste Management contract for daa on the campus.The role involves the setting of the KPI’s and SLA and monitoring the performance of the contract to ensure we are in-line with our strategic targets.As we provide a waste service to our concessions on-site I also manage these relationships to ensure that our concessions are operating in a way that is compliant and that represents value for money for them.I am also responsible for managing the waste budget and ensuring our contractor delivers their service in-line with our expectations, while ensuring our concessions are charged correctly for their waste. As part of the QI team I work on projects to deliver data to the business to help them make decisions that will help the company operate in a more efficient way

In the role of Passenger Services Team Leader I was responsible for organising the Passenger Services team members so that we could process passengers in the most efficient and compliant way.The role also involved providing staff with ongoing training to keep them up to date on any changes in regulatory changes. I would have also had a lot of interaction with our passengers as the Team Leader was responsible for resolving issues that staff felt they could not handle.
