(Welding of Omega Gaskets to connect the shell & tube bundle)• I was highly involved in Heat Exchanger final inspection, Hydrotest with clients (UPT & Prefchem), DOSH & AI (ASME), and handling Final Dossier approval.• Fire Water piping system (Underground) – GRVE material• GRVE pipe- witness and ensure the compliance followed as per procedure from Material approval, approved personnel for the joining, surface preparation, Putty mixing, Resin mixing, Bonding and Finishing of each joint.• GRVE pipe- Visual inspection on surface and length as per ISO drawing, conduct 100% Barcol Hardness Test for each joint, witness the Discontinuity Test for internal bonding. • GRVE pipe- Witness the Hydrotest and Backfilling of soil as per procedure. • Complied and ensure all the Safety Spec is being followed by the contractors.

DYNACIATE SPI (M) SDN BHD as QA/QC MANAGER, for BASF (M)- Plant Expansion Project (2nd Polymer Dispersions Line With Capacity 50KT/A) in Pasir Gudang. Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (Engineering Consultant) who is appointed and authorized by BASF (M) Sdn Bhd for construction management services. The project includes Tank Farm, Pipe Rack, Filling and Empty Drum Storage Area. Consist of Polymer Dispersion systems to ensure material and equipment’s for smooth implementation of associated piping, electrical and instrumentation. My work scope involves QA/QC management, quality construction supervision, mechanical completion readiness and project final documentation management. I lead 7 QC inspectors and 4 QC clerks.

CPP PETROLEUM ENGINEERING (M) SDN BHD as QA cum Lead Mechanical Inspector, to develop a Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development (RAPID). The project includes a crude oil refinery and petrochemical capable of processing 300,000 barrels per day. The complex was to provide the Butadiene system involve mechanical pump installations, Butadiene Storage vessels, pig launcher and receiver. Consist of Propylene & Ethylene systems to ensure material and equipment’s for smooth implementation of associated piping, electrical and instrumentation. My work scope involves construction supervision, mechanical completion readiness and project documentation management. Thus, there were 2 Mechanical QCs for me to assist millwright scopes.

Keepel Fels Crescent as QA cum Welding Inspector (ASTAR Freelancer), pertaining to marine industry, joined for inspection with the owner (Floatel Endurance) and Third Party (DNV), inspection on Floatel Rig leaving quarters, pertaining various tanks inspection such as Ballast Tank, Fuel oil, Void tanks, Storage Tanks. Completes the closing punchlist after inspection and update the daily progress based on vendor's scopes. Inspect and witness on mechanical and commissioning part's.

Were assign for the overall piping fabrications and till tie in underground. Involved in overall Manpower supply, the fabrication process, prepare the documentation as per client spec(MVR,FITUP,VISUAL,NDT,PNEUMATIC TEST,PIPE INSULATIONS & Final Documentation compilations.) prepare the claim documents such as WPR,MTO,DFA,SVOA,S.I,SO and Follow Up with the claims for approval. Final walk about to ensure the quality and work schedule is completed as per plan with the End Users.
