I am a creative thinker and problem solver who is also proficient in structuring vision into strategy, management and execution. I have more than 15 years experience driving innovation in public service through results based management and using tools such as the Rapid Results Approach.I have experience playing strategic roles in various executive offices in the Kenya Government such as the Cabinet Office and the Office of the Prime Minister.I also have proven capacity to take projects from vision to concept, design, implementation and results as demonstrated through the ground breaking government one stop shop Huduma Kenya programme which I oversaw from inception winning among others the global U.N Public Service Award in 2015.Creativity, Innovation and Excellence are at the core of my professional philosophy and I aim to build value that positively transforms peoples lives and livelihoods.I am passionate about nation building and my current mission is to champion positive disruption in the public sector through innovation, collaboration, partnerships and the application of new technologies.
