The BDC’s primary role is the fulcrum of the Rackspace and customer community. This position balances and adjusts between the Account Manager, Lead Tech, Service Engineer and Client. This community works symmetrically as a team to push and pull the Rackspace Portfolio as the de-facto “Go To” product for each and every customer.Additional roles include working strategically with the customers organization to insure they are using the Rackspace portfolio. Developing and strengthening relationships within the customers organization.
