I’m a passionate learning and development professional. Since my youth I lead a rather nomadic life and rarely stayed at one place for more than a couple of years. Alongside that, I had to learn early to adjust to new surroundings and situations. To do this, I had to learn to be adaptive, self-reflective, and ready to break new ground.My life taught me that all progress —be it personal or professional, individual or collective— is based on learning, being open to new ideas, and being prepared to be wrong.Rather than just knowing how to put information in other people’s heads, being a good learning and development professional requires me to be an expert learner myself.
