In 2020, I had the opportunity to use my previous 5 years of experience within the funeral industry in assisting my former colleagues in establishing CMC's new US division. Three years later, we began a new venture when Victoriaville & Co acquired CMC''s former operation in Twinsburg, Ohio. Now, here in 2024, we recently celebrated our first year under the Victoriaville banner. We are serving the entire US market from our Twinsburg location as part of Victoriaville's existing US and international network serving the funeral profession. As Product Specialist, I have the chance to continue using my now 10 years of experience serving funeral professionals enhanced by my diverse management and sales experience - including nearly 30 years in the San Francisco / Silicon Valley market - as we continue to build Victoriaville's presence here in Ohio and the US.Past sales assignments involved selling high performance products within diverse industries - biotech, distribution, education, energy, government, health care, hi-tech, hospitality, and manufacturing - throughout California and Nevada.Additional relevant business experience includes working with Michael Gerber, the author of "The E-Myth", and training as a small business consultant specializing in consultative selling. I also received training in platform presentations so I could lead training seminars and assist small business owners in the implementation of "franchise prototype" solutions to improve business operations, enhance employee performance and create revenue growth.
