Dennis Ramirez is a videogame researcher, and Digital Program Manager for the Ready To Learn Project at Twin Cities Public Television. Dennis is interested in how videogames are used in and out of the classroom, and seeks to create engaging experiences through games. Dennis has worked on several independent projects as well as games sponsored by RTL, NIH, and DoD. Prior to working at TPT, Dennis received his Phd in Curriculum and Instruction: Digital Media at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MA in Learning Design and technology from Stanford University, and an Honors BS in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico. In his free time, Dennis makes games.
