- Gather technical requirements, for file transmission protocol and assist Development Team decipher file errors.
- Gathered requirements for the automation of the company’s Payroll Calendar process, working directly with the Salesforce Administration Team in a UAT environment.
- Manage ticketing portals (Salesforce/JIRA) to document and resolve client/provider issues in a timely manner.
- Audit Client accounts through the use of MS Excel and MS Access to validate the Billing and Reconciliation of employee history
