Dayton, Ohio Area

Delivered multiple logistics, supply chain, and data analysis solutions to numerous Air Force clients. Examples include:• Developed a solution for a long-standing data exchange problem between the Military services resulting in the Air Force’s collection of over $140 million dollars in credit due from the return of assets.• Reviewed workload planning operations for the Air Force’s three primary Air Logistics Centers (i.e., aircraft repair and overhaul depots) and developed several methodologies designed to provide depot maintenance managers with an increased understanding of relationships between (1) demand variability, and (2) repair process complexity. • Evaluated the supply chain constraints inhibiting Air Force Material Command from providing aircraft spare parts to their customers and Conducted an independent assessment of the Air Force’s automated repair planning and execution system.

As an Audit Manager, conducted Air Force-wide reviews of logistics information systems and programs. Examples included: centralization of low volume, high cost readiness spares packages, review of the Readiness Based Leveling stock level computation system, and computation accuracy of readiness spares packages. In addition, completed dozens of economy and efficiency reviews of logistics, supply chain, maintenance, operational readiness, finance, communication, and acquisition issues.
