Rebit provides Ridiculously Simple Backup software. Since Rebit is a small company I get to wear many hats. My roles include defining and documenting requirements, planning and scheduling software releases, managing engineering task assignments (herding cats), software localization, in-line help generation, and corporate IT. I've learned a lot about Agile development and the best SAS tools for small software development firms.

Managed and acted as primary contact for Pillar's outsourcing to India. Managed project for upgrade of software build process.

Manage the team that keeps the development and test labs at Pillar humming. Managing across two sites: Longmont CO and San Jose CA.

Independent contractor providing short and long-term project management, SMB IT services, and technical documentation. Clients included Granite Systems, ABB Robotics, Zygo Corp, Brooks Automation, and ITT Industries.

TechniStar designed and built semi-custom robotic automation workcells for the disk drive and food packaging industries. I held several positions during my ten years at TechniStar including Mechanical Engineer, Applications Engineer, Project Manager, and Project Operations Manager.
