CurrentI Started working at Moweda, a Youth Corrections Facilily in Roy Utah in Nov. of 1989 for Two years maintaining the Building and Grounds. I supervised 1 other employee that did janitorial and maintained the grounds.I Maintained an Emergency Generator, Boiler, Washer and Dryer, Plumbing, Electrical, Over seeing Asbestos Removal by the State Prison Asbestos team and a New roof installed. Asbestos tile on the floor removed and new tile installed. Maintained a dishwasher, refrigerator, drinking fountain, The building was about 20,000 Square Ft. with about 3 acres of lawn, trees and a sprinkler system. The building is High Security Lock down for troubled youth. I also maintained 2 vehicles on site. Was in charge of snow removal for the parking lot. I did arc welding and oxy acetalene welding. I installed 15 Accorn Stainless Steel Toilet Sink combination units in the boys and girls wings doing all the necesarry hookups including plumbing. I replaced lighting/ballasts inside and outside of the building. In 1991 I transfered to SLC to Salt Lake Detention Center. My work continued there for the next 8 years. This building was much larger 35,000 Square Ft. a Walkin Refrigerator and a Walkin Freezer, I was in charge of having the HVAC system renovated all new accuators dampers, A New Chiller, New Boilers, A new cooling tower, we added on a 40 x 30 Dry Storage for the kitchen. I refinished the Gym Floor. Poured and finished a pad of cement for a shed. I Was in charge of having a new roof installed. I supervised 1 gentleman in Janitorial duties and all groundswork. I maintained 3 vehicles. I also plowed the parking lot. I maintained the fire system and alarm. We did a alarm retrofit and ran sensors in all rooms.In 1999 I transfered to Cache Valley Youth Center in Logan Utah. We were building a new building and I was brought up to be involved with the building process. I maintain 15 RTU's, 7 water heaters, 1 Walkin Refrigerator, 1 Walkin Freezer,This building is 23,000 Sq.Ft
