Respond to client inquires/requests via phone and email, in relation to Employee Stock Benefit Programs (Stock Options, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)), provide plan education, Execute trade orders for participants corporate stock benefit plans, Ensure problem resolution, execution of service requests, and appropriate follow-up through proper communication.

Responsible for preparing complete and accurate tax returns, as well as introducing clients to and offering other H&R Block financial products and services with the goal of helping clients achieve their financial objectives. I am also working towards my Enrolled Agent status.

My primary focus was on sales development and relationship building through the promotion of deposits, loans, fee-based services and the retention of customers. I was also responsible for selling a full range of banking products and services to existing and prospective customers while providing specialized customer care. I utilized and promoted the Retail Sales and Service process, using the prescribed tools and interacting with the Customer/Financial Service Representatives for referral activity. This included checking, saving accounts, mortgages, investments services.

I provided my clients with comprehensive financial planning and advice to help them effectively pursue their financial goals. I targeted prospective clients and marketed my unique value proposition in the communityI evaluated my client’s financial situation and identify investment objectives through a comprehensive and customized financial planning process. I would also recommend appropriate solutions and monitor portfolios for economic changes and adjustments in the client’s needs and objectives.
